Expired meats served at Excellent food market

Bought a boerewors roll the other day at excellence food market corner halt road and epping avenue elsies river and the sausage was off. It had a slight sour taste to it. Please do not use meats that are expired or that you take off the shelves when it’s about to expire to serve to us humans. We can taste the difference between fresh meat and old meat. I ended up getting sick.
