Committed to Excellence? Definitely not anymore

Was just at Excellent meat Market Braai Kiosk.

I must say the quality of what they selling there now compared to when they just started it. is worlds apart.

I been buying there from the Tent days and the Food they sold was always perfect. Now that the structure is modernized, they take no pride in what the selling people

I bought 2 mixed grills. I asked for leg an thigh, the girl assisting me said said what they have there is all they have. even though the guy braaing there had leg and thighs on the fire.

the Breast pieces they gave was extremely dry. I nearly choked on it. that went straight into the dogs bowl. the chops were Ice cold. in the 1 box, she gave a quarter if a leg chop and tiny pieces strewn in the box too

only thing good about it was the roll and the sausage.

Also, the girl behind the counter was extremely un accommodating. ( she wore glasses ). out of respect, i understand she was calling me uncle. I joked with her saying not to call me uncle as im still young and her facial expression changed and she left to go to the " toilet "

Mind you i do not stay far from Excellent by Elite. I stay just off college road. so that tells me the food was cold regardless of the weather.

Its sad that everything starts off good then eventually its no longer consistent.

im not looking for any compensation, im not looking for my meal to be replaced. im not looking for a call back or anything.

This is just for the next person thinking of buying there, think twice. Also for management, you need better QA from this Braai Kiosk
