Received Very bad service

Would NEVER use their services again and will NOT recommend anyone to use this company!! Booked my car with this company in December and when I got back on the 19th, my rubber mats were missing and could see a significant amount of kilos on my clock as well. I called immediately, a lady by the name Gugu answered and promised to investigate and get back to me. She didn't get back to me as promised, I called again on the 21st and was again promised by the same lady that she would arrange for my mats to be delivered to me on the 24th. I have been following up and till today and have not received my mats. There's absolutely nothing 'excellent' about the service from this company!!
