The worst agency I’ve worked with. Lucien, the maintenance guy is soo rude, arrogant and full of himself. Ever since I moved in at the place they were busy fixing things left right and centre and in the process their people damaged things and I was charged for their doings. I’m very unhappy with their services and will definitely never work with them again.

29 Nov 2021, 10:03Luckily we record the inspections - on there it will show how the Inspector was treated with being sworn at. The Owner did their own maintenance and nothing was reported by yourself that anything was broken. No one has charged anybody as yet as the reconciliation was not done yet. You opted to clean and do painting if needed and then it wasn't done at the inspection and that had to be done. I would appreciate if you can communicate with us on email to our offices and then we can sort things out that way. We literally did the inspection yesterday afternoon with you.
