No Integrity or Respect

Good afternoon people of the public. I am writing this review simply to warn all of you against Excellence Marketing. We had such an awful experience with them. We were interested in one of their listings so we went to view the listing with Rudi and decided we would like to apply. We sent our application in, they requested us to pay R300 for a credit check, which we did. We then waited for feedback and had to follow-up with them constantly. Eventually, after a week, they came back to us to say they rented the place out to another tenant. We then app**** for another property in the same estate, our application was approved (after we had to constantly follow-up as well) we paid the admin fees and security deposit. There we were at ease that we found a place so we turned all of the other places we could get down. A week later we receive an SMS that our deposit is being paid back to us from our bank. We inquired with them as to what is going on I am still waiting to receive feedback from them. They just went quiet, not taking my calls or responding to my emails. We decided not to follow-up again as we don't want to deal with a company that has no integrity or respect. I second all the bad reviews on Google and Hellopeter. They are really not an easy company to deal with. I think what happened was actually a blessing if I see all their bad reviews of how people struggle to get their deposits out of them.
