My first encounter with excellence marketing was a bit shacky because, when I went to view a house with Nicole (very professional and friendly) I was a bit hesitant due to bad comments and rating on hello peter, but guess what? I had never came across such excellence in customer service.

Some people find pleasure in bad publicity to settle personal scores or just hating I guess. Some people can't give credit where its due.
