Avoid at all cost
Avoid dealing with this company at all cost. Made a lot of commitments before I moved in. The commitments were never honoured. Made appointments for inspections and repairs and then didn't pitch up for it. When I had to move out the owner sent her inspectors out 3 times - all 3 times they said they couldn't see why I shouldn't receive my deposit back in full. Even after all of this the owner maintained she is the only one who. can approve the payment for the deposit. She tried to pay less than half back overriding her own inspectors. It took months of fighting to get my money back. Very very ********* company.

02 Sept 2024, 13:43Good day,
You received a pay back on your deposit on 1 Feb 24 after extensive back and forth to come to agreements on the deductions on the deposit. Your rent was R12,000 and the Tshwane deposit R2500 totaling R14,500. You were refunded R13,372.37. Items deducted was the compulsory move out inspection fee, bank charges on the deposit investment closure cost and cleaning.
I am not going to comment on the 3 inspectors issue as you were well aware that we tried to accommodate the new tenants to move in earlier and your wedding day etc so that you don't have to pay for anything at the end. We sent people out 3 times to indicate what to be done and the only items that were not done 100% was some of the cleaning and a partial fee was charged. I personally communicated to you that the pre-inspections we going to do is not committing to nothing wrong etc but to point out to you what is still not right so you can have an opportunity to do those repairs, etc. YES if you had done all as shown then there would not have been a need to deduct the small fee for the balance cleaning that had to be done.
This is lengths we went through to assist in not having deductions as well as the new tenant whom had to move in on a particular day - things I discussed with you in length prior to the move out if you agree etc etc.
I do not agree with your comments but this is unfortunately a platform whereby we cannot attached proof of documents, screenshots, photos etc and all we have is what is written here. But my office is always open for anybody who wishes to come and check our conversations etc as you have now opened up your situation to the public already.
I have a duty to serve the Owner and the Tenant and where my support has to be given at that point is where it will be.
Owners approving work is entirely also up to them if they wish to do it or not. We report it to them and they can accept or decline. We cannot force Owners to do work on their properties and that is the reason why we show the properties to potential tenants so they can see it in the condition it is and rent it as they saw it - no promises are made to have specific work done or when.
