Excel in name only. In customer service, not so much.
I wouldn't recommend Excel to anyone. I had an accident on my vehicle, took the vehicle in for repairs to Excel and the car was returned with paint marks on the door handles, as well as broken clips to the front floor carpets which they hoped would go unnoticed. Very dishonest to not make the paying customer aware of this. Spoke to the manager whose response was rude, unapologetic, and gave me the impression he couldn't care less. It cost me money to use their business. Never again.

I would like to let you know in my 35 years of driving , I have never had such good service as I did with Excel Panel and Paint
I would like to let you know in my 35 years of driving , I have never had such good service as I did with Excel Panel and Paint. They were efficient always communicative and I felt they went above and beyond. Duane who dealt with me , amazing. I highly recommend them . My husband who is hard to impress being a automotive engineer with Alfa Romeo as regional after sales manager many years ago , to was very impressed and also advises OUTsurance to use Excel Panel and Paint all the time. Fantastic company I give them a 10 star rating. No doubt best in Durban we have dealt with. Shara Tommasi
