Horrendeous onboarding process

I have had the WORST experience with this "school". Received an acceptance letter after which I requested a transfer card from current school, only to get a retraction letter a day letter that the school is at it's full capacity, along with the promise to refund monies paid to them. Money which are yet to reflect in my account. Horrible, unremoseful, full of lies and deceit! Administrative contact is most often the initial experience in this field, poor impression in the case of Brakpan Excel Edu Center. Be very careful when moving your kids from their current schools to this place, a confirmation letter holds no substance or guarantee of placement, even though that is exactly what it means!!
