I had an unfortunate incident happen to my car in a parking lot. My stationary car was bashed and I wasn't around to witness it. For insurance purposes I needed a quote. I managed to get 1 but struggled to get the second because every panelbeater business I tried was charging exorbitant fees for a service they should provide freely - a quote. They have some sob story about if you use another panelbeater after they quote you, they lose out. However, that's the right of the customer to choose their own service provider. Just when I had run out of options I passed a panel/paint shop called Excel Cars. They assessed the damage and sent the quote in less than an hour. The guy who assisted me was friendly and helpful and true to his word. Now that's what I call 5 star customer service. I would 100% recommend this business for panel / paint work. The saying goes don't make a sale - make a customer. That customer will recommend your business to colleagues, friends and family and will always return to you because of your excellent service.
