Not owning up or even apology

A lady by the name of Lynette has ordered stock from me insisting that they only will pay cash! I then ordered the stock paid for it and then never heard from her again untill I have phoned the Hotel itself onlybto find out that this never had gone through the acc department. Then all of the sudden I got a call from her very arrogant asking why I phoned her boss. She was very angry with attitude saying well now she cancels the order but it was never even gone through by the acc department. Okay fair enough. The problem is that how can they allow any one from their business order things left right and let people pay for it and then just say oh its never gone through the acc department. I think its very rude and they should take steps with Lynette seeing that she is the one that placed the order for the Hotel. And they are so rude not even trying to listen to what I have to say and with such big attitudes. So at end of the day no one wants to take responsibility or even trying to apologise for these type of actions that their staff is taking.
