Extremely Bad Service

I ordered 2x canvasses about 9weeks ago. I am still waiting for it. How long can it take to courier a package?They have excuses every single day when I phone them. They promise to come back to you, but they don't. I will never order again from them. You really can't complain about service, because there isn't any service!
