Your rude and mean staff

Your staff member Maropene was very rude because I didn't want to give my ID no for reward she then called me a foreigner..then I asked her why she's forcing me to give her cause am paying cash n I don't need rewards..then she laughed I then if my ID was going to pay for me? She's very rude she's working at birch acres axect
