Worst Service i have ever recieved on faulty phone

In June I bought a cellphone from Exact in Matatiele. I have been using Android phones for as long as I remember because of the advanced operating system and sought of \easy-to-use"interface. I continued to use the Hisense H3 smartphone for a period of about 2 and a half months without any problems. The features were brilliant"
