Worst service at Exact BT Ngebs Mall and Fingoland Mall

For the second time this year I visited Exact at BT Ngebs Mall. Last month end I went to exact to buy winter clothing for my family. There were beautiful jackets for my whole family. When I got to the till, there were 2 cashiers chit-chatting about a lady who was drinking sacramental wine. We stood there while they were chatting and laughing their lungs out. I was assisted and given a slip. I asked her about the rewards service if it was stopped. She said I forgot I an sorry. I left. On the slip theres a name (captured by Phelo) I dont know if it's the cashier or what. Yesterday again i visited the store, they were about 4 cashiers, all women like the previous time. The lady was not even looking at me when she served me. After paying again I asked her about the rewards service, she said she forgot. They were chit-chatting as well and not paying any attention to us. How pathetic that is! I want all my points from the previous day I bought the jackets and the ones I missed yesterday. If I were to give Exact an advise, those girls must not be at the tills, they need to work at the back to unpack boxes or even clean the fitting rooms any stockroom otherwise you'll loose customers like myself. I am no longer going g back to that store. Never again. This gies fir Exact Fingo mall in Butterworth as well. There is poor service. If you continue like this, soo your doors will be closed like Edcon.
