WORST customer service

I made an online purchase at Exact. Order was delivered timeously. My jacket was a size too small. I asked my sister to go instore for an exchange, she was told that they wont be able to assist as she only had the proof of purchase and not the card.

She came back the next day only to be turned back again and she forgot the proof of purchase and only had the card. I had to weat a jacket that is too small because the staff at Exact protea glen mall couldn't process an exchange with what was at hand. I'm gutted!!!!!!
