Worse customer service ever

The worse service ever made a payment for my mum on one of the exact stores in Mayfield Square, I made a payment for exact for R600 then they told me I can also make a payment for jet account in the same store then I decided to make that payment for R1000 but to my worse nightmare they made a payment for exact again not paying the jet account today we got a call from our unfriendly consultant from jet about the outstanding amount went to exact the manager was the worse person you can talk to please get us a new manager that one is useless this a my digits *** I need to speak to the area manager or someone above.
