Gloria Mashamba is Customer Centric, she has all the attributes of becoming a Manager, she assists with a pure heart, great smile and goes an extra mile to cross sell the outfit you are buying. I was shopping last year November.<br> <br> I was there at their branch to buy clothes for my girl, I was unable to mix and match and she saw me struggling and asked me if I need help, that gave me a shock cause most of retail clothing stores don't have that service, then I said yes I would like to be assisted as my girl is so tiny i struggle to buy her clothes.<br> <br> She chose all the clothes and shoes to match the outfit for my girl. She must keep it up, she loves her job you can tell.<br>
