Very bad service

Good day me and my partner was at the store 20 Jul 2024 around 2 the afternoon...i wanted to buy this phone it was in the display on special... When the cashier rang the phone up it's was R2999 so the guy that works there said it was a wrong phone in the display... So he did the change in front of me and my partner and the lady that works for HI... So I insist him to call his manager... I ash who the manager is he said Brain Williams... Than he smiled and said the manager wag busy in a meeting over the phone... So we waited almost 45 min for her Brandy Williams the guy that works there gave us wrong information about the manager name too.. Branch manager came and said there is nothing she can do...
