Useless systems or operators

I had to come back to the store 3 times in 1 day as only 1 cashier is open. You as a shop wants to run a special on t-shirt or even stock that is redundant... But when you eventually get to the front of the que, there is a system error (on the ONLY 1 till that was operating the whole time) and all items are to be rescaned.... How do you as a clothing group expect to make money and keep your clients happy if this is the way your system is operating... Never again....
