Unresolved Matter & EXTREMELY poor Service

Exact Cape Gate highly dissatisfied with the service from this store ,ordered a jacket to be sent from Somerset store to Cape Gate they charged me which I paid this was over a week ago since then I been twice to the store and nobody knows when it will arrive ,on the 17/06/2025 spoke to Jade they called somerset branch and nobody could give them a update on this ,they promised to call me by 12 midday until now no call no update ,why do make me pay for something u cannot deliver,the store staff make promises they cnt deliver I'm not happy about this ,the distance between somerset and capegate is literally 40km does it really take more then a week .The inconvenience of me going to the store more than once in unacceptable. This matter is still not resolved and I want answers and a solution with immediate effect.This store have been supported by me and my family and to get this kind of service is pathetic. So can some of higher authority get in touch with me asap or is this also going to take a week .
