Unprofessional behavior

To whom it may concern

Today I entered the Exact store (Somerset mall) to do a return of an item I purchased the day prior, Cashier handed me my cash but didn't not have the exact amount to give back she starts calling other staff members to assist with giving change, not even communicating with me that she doesn't have the exact amount to give back.. After all the calling around she ask if I don't have a R6 then she'll give me a R200 Bare in mind my change was suppose to be 194,60 I only had a R5 to give her she then tells me but she's gonna be short (by 40cents) This was not my problem as y'all should ensure that you have change I start getting angry as Firstly the way she communicated about the situation was just like wow and then she goes off telling me I'm rude, and she'll report me Regardless if I work for TFG or not I'm a customer and that I really did not appreciate as that was very unprofessional.
