UNHAPPY CLIENT

Good, Day I went to Woolworths Buffelsfontein Port Elizabeth on Sunday. All the way from Uitenhage to buy Desert(Malva 2 big ones) this I had to take to a church gatering. I was very disgusted when I got there that..... A piece of the desert was dished out. I was furious. Went back to Port Elizabeth to complain. What made me even more mad was the fact that my friend 2hours ago bought malva and returned it to Store... A big piece dished out of the corner. They have given the client a replacement BUT instead of taking it to the back, they put it back on the shelve. Here I come to buy 2 malvas of which I got the one that was put back on the shelve. This was really a co incidence as we both went to same store. As well as function.

This is so disgusting!!!!!!!!! It cost me 2 trips from UIT nhage to Port Elizabeth to buy and exchange the desert. I ended up getting 3 small deserts and a cake. I am not a happy customer at all as I normally only buy at this Woolworths store. The petrol is sooooo expensive,..... NO REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!! if it was not that this was for a spesific function I would not report this. BuT feel I cannot leave it like this. Please investigate this matter as this is not good publication for you
