Unfriendly service

I visited 12 July the exact store in George CBD with my sister. The lady on the till, she looks african assisted my sister. She wanted to do a purchase on my fathers account. Instead of explaining it nicely she asked my sister with an attitude twice is this your account with a frown on her face infront of a long queue of customers. I felt so embarressed for my sister's part. I asked her to keep it aside till next day, she took clothing not asking even for a contact name of number. I then asked her can she just put the details on parcel and with another attitude, not even looking me in the eye gave piece of paper and a pen. I asked the other lady who is also looking like she does not want to help either, who is the manager. She showed me the manager who is standing at the back of her. The manager also does not even look up just to check who is asking. So I told the assistant that the lady that helped me is so unfriendly and again the manager did not once even look up. I will never sit foot in that store again.
