Unfair treatment

Good Day

I'm writing this email with a heavy heart.

I went to your store in Greenstone today 01 May 2020 to get few items for me and my family when we got to the door the lady who was assigned at the door told me that children are not allowed to enter but few minutes before a white lady entered the store with her son without being told that children are not allowed, and my is 10 years old looking at the other lady son they were both same height and one of the stuff members who witnessed this heppening ask the lady "but you allowed that one enter I couldn't shop any more my son was very sad asked me because his black he was not allowed to enter the store.

To me the whole situation felt like ******
