Unfair Conduct and Unprofessionalism

i bought a R 600 Mobi Cell cellphone at Exact Store on the 19/03/16 and on the 21/05/16 two months latter its stopped working. i took it back to Exact as it was a mechanical problem and it was still under warranty. the cashier looked at phone and she filled a form and she informed me that it will be sent to the assessors for assessment, she asked me to wait as she was taking my phome and the form to the manager who was at the back of the store. she came back with her manager who had a very bad attitude , the manager told me that i have physically demaged my phone , i told her that i did not and there was no physical damage on the phone, i informed her that it was a mechanically problem. I was told that my phone will be sent to the assessor in order to assess whether it was a physical or mechanical demage.

after a month they informed me that my phone is fixed it had a screen demage and they need an amount of R650 in order to release my phone. i strongly believe that my phone did not have a physical demage. i asked them to undo the repairs as i did not request or authorise them to repair it and i was not told that it will be repaired. they responded they cannot undo it.

i was not aware that my phone had a physical demaged , they did not explain the terms and conditions to me, they did not give me the reciept , they did not request an authority to fix it and i was not given a chance to accept nor decline the terms and condition. How did they do it without checking my affordability. I dont know how true is it that my phone had aphysical demage. Above all how can a R600 cell be repaired with an amount of R650? This is a day light *******.

these people are not fair and they are violating my constitutional right. i still maintain that my phone did not have a physical demage.

i want them to undo the repairs and bring back my phone , i cannot afford this amount. I read and understood the terms and condition when i bought the phone, i wouldnt send my phone if it was a physical demage and i allowed them to take it because they said the assessor will assess if it was a physical or mechanical problem. i gave them because i was so sure that it was a mechanical problem.
