unable to repair my phone

bought a cellphone at Exact in April, in less than months speaker doesn't work and it has charging problems. I then took back and they said they will book it for repairs and then they called me 1st of September to fetch it. I went in to fetch it only to found out that they didn't't fix it. I took it back again its been 1 and half months now still on repairs
