Total disrespect from a cashier

Got to Exact tembisa yesterday at 5pm and only got assisted at 5.30. To think there was only 1 person in front of me it's rather hard to believe. The cashier at that point she was just chit chatting the other ladies like they were on a go slow. The lady behind me even went to other shops and came back found me still standing there. Then this Kgabo lady came in and tried to help but her attitude was worse than anything. Got to the till and tried to express my frustration and all she could say to me was we can't all be at the till what if you people *****. So firstly she accused me of *****ing and as a customer i found that to be very offensive. Then she gave me attitude like never before. When my sister tried to talk to her she still gave us attitude. When i asked for her surname she said what do i want to do it. To think i was about to open an account with Exact! But after such treatment i refuse to put my self through that torture ever again. The best part was when i went to talk to the manager, Betty she just stood there and didn't even do anything. I'm sure she saw i wasn't happy but she also just stood there.
