Top customer service

I went to collect my card as I opened an account (app****) with exact online. Unfortunately there was a problem with the printer but that did not prevent Buhle Maseko and Rose Msiza in providing me with exceptional customer service. They showed sense of urgency, empathy and they were both going an extra mile in getting my matter resolved. In this festive season, we need people who are like these two individuals. I was there for almost 2hours but I felt like I was there for a minute. I live in Boksburg but I prefer doing my shopping in Benoni because of Buhle and Rose's top customer service
