The worst

I got hurt trying on sweat pants in the fitting room. There was a metal item in the pants... I get it things end up where they are not supposed to be... that's fine... but then I asked for help as blood was dripping for my hand... only to be told that the only person who could assist was busy on the tills. I was standing there for over 15 minutes with blood dripping from my hand and I was still not assisted, one lady came and told me to wait because she couldn't find a scissor to cut the bandage they had in their first aid kit... that's when I just gave up and left.
