THE MOST SHOCKING SERVICE

So I bought online and they sent the wrong size. I sent the an email and no one even bothered to contact me. I phoned this morning, so I have reorder the parcel again for their **** up. I bought I shorts for my son also and it came in drips and draps. just a word of advise, you'll don't know how this online thing work. please go to MR. PRICE and they will show you what to do. they are accurate when it comes to online shopping and good customer service. I have a friend whom I referred to Exact online and she is sitting with the similar problem. And even your online site, there is always a problem logging in. I do a lot of online shopping and I never experience this shocking service.
