TFG SELLING **** IPHONES

I bought an iPhone 7 from Exact Port shepstone on the 14th June 2022. So one morning in November the phone didn't work it didn't respond to any punching on the screen. I then took it to exact P/S then they referred me to a technician at Vodacom. The technician took the phone to an iPhone store in Dbn where they found that the screen and the battery of the phone was not the original iPhone items. I then went back to the store to get a refund because it's a **** iPhone not the original u thought I was buying. Now they are telling me about their suppliers whom they called and the guy I talked to his telling me to hand over the phone for assessment. When I tell him I don't want the phone anymore as it's not an ariginal iPhone he says I bought the phone as is and if they take it it will return next year. I've been without a phone for almost 2 months now they giving me the run around. I'm denied my rights as a customer by exact Port shepstone
