TFG online shop bad service

I ordered winter clothes on the 14nth of June for my kids from the TFG online (Exact stores). A part of my order came within a week but another part hasn't arrived. I recently received an sms that my order has arrived but when i got to the store and only to find out that the order is from @home stores and its a household item. its not what i have ordered but the details on the package were in my name. i called TFG and even today nothing has been said or done. i have been invoiced for clothes which i haven't received. i just want TFG to tell me if they will reverse the purchase or will the delivery come?its been two weeks already.
