TFG INSURANCE ****

The services I have gotten from exact quagga mall and the TFG insurance company is horrible and disgusting. A week has went by and I still do not have a phone. I have been sent from pillar to post and exact staff lying for each other everyday I call in to get feedback from zandile who is the person that did the claim for me she is always off and none of her colleagues can help. Please give me my phone was you can imagine this week has been horrible I don't have a phone and my businesses are struggling and I have to visit the bank for small transaction I used to be able to easily do on my phone. Fix this issue and while at it train the exact quagga staff to be helpful and friendly to customers. Call me on *** if you need more info
