Terrible Service

This store does not even deserve a quarter-star rating! I am totally and utterly disappointed in the service received from this TFG store. Returned a defective cellphone, the phone was only in use for a week, clearly a manufacturing fault - Only to be told the device will get sent away for an assessment and will only be repaired if it is found to have a manufacturing issue. The worst part of all is I was told this could take up to a month or even longer! received no apology from the manager, no reasoning with this bunch! Really disappointed. I paid my account balance and closed this account. Will never support or deal with TFG ever again!
