TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>On the 05th March 2016 i bought a cell phone (samsung J1) at Exact store, Masingita crossing in Malamulele. 19th March 2016 the phone froze then i took it back to the store on the 22 March 2016. from 22 March 2016 till today am still waiting though i made a follow ups on the 15 April 2016, 17 May 2016 and 01 June 2016, the store manager Lindelani who was helping me always tell me that they are still busy with it and i dont know that for how long am i going to wait without a phone because of their poor service because its been long enough now </p>
