Tender Refund Cancelation

Hellopeter I've got an issue with Exact Store Galleria Mall I bought a phone for my son on the 27th of March in a process of paying for the iterm the transaction was canceled by the cashier bt the money was already taken off my account ok they said I must not worry the money will come back in to my account, until today I have not received my payment they took my email address and bank account number bt nothing has happened I'm so heart broken because it's been a while now the Amount is R2020, 01 Cashier Was (Lindo)
