Super annoyed

I am so fed up with exact tgf fochini group... These people call me every single day telling me I have been missing payments on my account sending me sms saying my account is going to legal yet I have been paying according to their records myast payment waa in November however I ha e proof which I have been sending to them where I paid my account up until last month March. I have sent emails to a supervisor by the name of fundiswa who has not come back to me since two weeks ago. I am fed up and I want everyone to know how bad exact customer service is I called in this morning the lady didn't even greet me properly she sounded like she was still sleeping had an attitude on top of it every since I haven't gotten no feed back whatsoever from exact and the supervisors at the debt collecting department they can quickly calm you to tell you you skipped payments but they can't call you or follow up with you to sort out payments which have been made I am really ****es at this pathetic service I ha e been getting really not a happy client
