Staff has attitude at EXACT FESTIVAL MALL.
I went to exact festival mall, I was so disgust with the teller's attitude. the client before me was given attitude and when it was my turn I gave him the slip to scan for my discount than I gave him two and he informed me we don't take two slips, so do you now expect to get two discounts. I feel that he should have explained in a proper manner that they cannot scan two slips for discount. than he mentioned to me yes you can go complaint, my whole shopping mood was spoiled.
