Shoe damage

As a first time buyer from Bash I'm so disappointed with Exact Menlyn. I bought I pair of boots which one pair is fine but the other pair looks like it was for free & rushed to pack knowing its online so nobody even cared or bothered to pack another pair. Everyone works so hard to get money even if it's not expensive. Really sad 💔💔
