Sho refused to do exchange for me

My mother bought me a trouser at wonderpark Sunday only to find it doesn’t fit me when she got home so since I work in town I said I’ll exchange it in town upon my arrival at axact church street Pretoria cbd I was helped by a lady called Octavia who told I must take back to where I bought they can’t exchange apparently it’s dirty n they can’t take a dirt of another store.
