RUSTENBURG MALL STAFF ARE PATHETIC AND HAVE NO EMPATHY TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS, NO SERVICE AT ALL JUST A BUNCH OF ***S!!!!!

Exact Rustenburg Mall is the worst clothing store I have ever came across in my entire existence which makes the whole "exact stores" look the same, so a month ago I bought my kids clothes from exact waterfall mall in Rustenburg, because life is unpredictable I happen to forget to fit my kids the clothes and only to remember later, the clothes were not fitting and also because they had the same shorts last year I decided to go get my refund by returning the goods, I was told I can't return them since the 30days rule whatever!!! But to deny me exchange of those jeans?? That's extreme!!!! Can someone please explain to me why I was denied permission to atleast change those shorts??? And also the attitude from staff members in that store in Rustenburg mall??? They are pathetic, do not have customer service and full of stinking attitude. I do not recommend Exact at all. The way I'm ****ed, I'm closing my TGF ACCOUNT!!!!!
