Rude Staff

I would like to complain about the staff of Exact - Twin City Mall Shop 40 Twin City Shopping Centre, Heatherdale Rd, Heidedal, Bloemfontein, 9301

I disliketheir service, they are so unprofessional and rude . On the 3rd of October 2025 the lady and 2 guys that were working that day made me feel uncomfortable by commenting about my body, I felt so harrassed and very uncomfortable because of them commenting on my body and laughing about it , did not even enjoy my shopping , through out the shopping time. I heard they commented and throwing remarks about my body which felt and sound negative . Sadly the manager did nothing about it ,he kept quiet.

On the 9th of October 2025 the lady who was working did the very same thing, throwing remarks about my body which made me uncomfortable again and the most annoying and heartbreaking part is that she's an adult. Those people did nothing but harass me !! I confronted them about that and the just gave me and unreasonable reason " We are used to doing that , we don't do it to you only ." I was harassed because I was wearing a tight fit and a short !!

I like clothing at Exact especially at Heidedal because it is a walking distance for me but now I think twice when I have to go there because I know the staff is going to say something about me or my body which already frustrates me . I hate the service there !! Staff can't randomly comment negatively about our bodies and shaming us for looking the way we look . That's harras*****t and I felt harassed.

The service at Exact Heidedal was the worst ,I have never felt so uncomfortable doing shopping in my life.
