RUDE SALES LADY

I went to the store to ask about the process with my cellphone claim and the sales lady said my claim was approved they gave her 3 choices for me to choose from and I didn't like all those phones and they didn't even have them in stock and then I asked her to call Finrite for me so I can talk to them and tell them that the store didn't have any on those 3 phones and that's where the problem started and she shouted at me saying she will not call Finrite for me because I took my time to even come to the shop to take the phone and so she won't call Finrite she's just gonna give me their number and I will have to call them myself using my own airtime and all, even when I practically begged her she just walked around the shop as if she was parading or something and I told her that the phone belonged to the TFG company not her and that's when she told me that she's been working there for more than 20 years and she can do whatever she wanted in that shop and then I left and went to Foschini and they made that call for me...I will never forget what I experienced that day and as a result I'm closing my Foschini account, I cannot deal with such rudeness ever in my life again.
