Rude manager

I bought shoes for my daughter in Nov. She only wore them twice and the shoes tore loose in front. I decided to take them back to exact and the manager at Kolonade branch Amanda Schoeman did not even look at thr shoes and said who said my daughter only had it on twice. She can see it was worn more. She has such an attitude and was very rude. Who is she to decide how many timez my daughter had it on? I have never received such appalling service in my life.
