rude manager at exact Dobsonville shoping center in Soweto

there is a rude manger at Dobsonville shop rite shopping center is Soweto, on roodepoort Road. i think now they call that road Elias Motswaledi at the Exact clothing store. the name of the manger i think its Nomonde, she does not know how to treat and talk to customers. can you please answer this question -did you people take this lady for training? did you take this lady for a customers service training? did you train her on what it means to be a manger? she is a disgrace. she does not know how to speak to people , her level of arrogance is shocking. you people took her from the street and made her a manger that is why she is behaving like this. not only is she rude to clients but how can she be so unprofessional and address her stuff in front of us customers screening at them. you people are not serious how can such a person be made a manager?-- you people are a joke, is it because we are in a township, in a black community hence you give us such a person? am certain in white areas you give those areas decent people to manage such stores. You still taking us for granted. if i do not get any satisfactory response from you i will take this to face book and make it know.
