Rude manager

I needed a pair of socks and I went to the store to get myself one, after considerations I decided on the one that was marked R19 highlighted with a marking pen over it and the marked price clearly visible, and I got to the till and I was assisted by a very friendly teller by the name of Khathu and when he scanned it he told me that it reflected R40, we discussed it to a point where he had to call his supervisor by the name of bongiwe radede, and after a number of calls as she finally responded and Khathu explained to her and she simple said the fact that the price has been erased means that I will have to pay the amount it reflecting after being scanned, I guess my mistake was telling her that not price was erased and she had a going at me to a point of shouting at me in full view of other customers, and I decided to leave the store and she was still having a go at me as I was leaving, and one of the things that have came into my mind was to just close my TFG account after such treatment and that is one of the possibilities especially after the service I got from another, I'm very upset for being treated in that manner and that is the least I can say at the moment.
