I want to complain about the two sales persons at Exact Zeerust branch. My Foschini account was dormant and I had to reinstate my account. Because there is NO Foschini branch in Zeerust I went to Exact. The lady who assisted me was really rude and had no people s****s. Firstly, my Foschini card was too old she could not assist me. I informed her to phone her Head Office which she did but then she informed me my ID is too old I have to get an ID card before she could assist me. She was laughing all the time because my ID book was issued in 1986. It was very humiliating because there were other customers in the store also. It was blatant ************** also. Even the sales guy said nobody will assist me anywhere with my old ID book. But funny I renewed my driver's licence with my "old" ID book. There is no law stating that I have to get a new ID card before anyone would assist me with anything. I believe I have my Foschini account since the 1980's, why do I need a new card? There is NO Foschini store in Zeerust therefore I have to drive to Mafikeng (200 plus km far) to get a new card because sales people are lazy and stupid and do not want to work on a Monday morning.

I went to American Swiss in Zeerust and the sales lady assist me and reinstate my Foschini account within 15 minutes with my "old" ID book. Because she is really a sales person and she always try to assist customers, she is never rude and she always walks the extra mile for customers.

Please do not send me a "You are so sorry to hear about this and you will investigate this" email. I want you to take steps against those rude sales people working in Exact Zeerust branch. By word of mouth Exact in Zeerust will close their doors in the near future very soon. But before Exact's doors close in Zeerust you can send me my new Foschini card to the branch.
