Rude and bad customer service

I am so hurt and furious.I did my boys lay bye at the store on the 1st of November. On the 23rd I went to take the lay-bye out. When doing the fittings to my boy I noticed I had taken one wrong size in the jeans. 04/12/2024 I went into the store to exchange the Jean. The cashier was so irritated with me I could see on her face as she called next customer. I got to her and explained that I needed to exchange the Jean as they were small. I gave the receipt she went through the receipt and asked me where is the last receipt, I was then shocked and answered and said This whole time am keeping this specific receipt I gave her thinking it is the last one. She said no it’s not I need that receipt. I got so anxious because I travelled all the way from Fishoek to Kenilworth just for the exchange. I asked her is there no other way to retrieve the receipt since you say the one I provided is not the correct one? I then said can’t I give you my bank card which I used to pay inorder for you to retrieve it?She pressed on the till I’m not sure if she was looking for it or what. She then called someone else who I believe is the supervisor. She told her I don’t have a slip I have an old slip. This one did not even look at the slip or try to retrieve the slip she told me to go home and look for the slip. At that moment I felt like crying seriously my time my travelling all the way from Fishoek to Kenilworth for nothing. Upon my arrival at home I cleared the bag I took to Kenilworth and I got to this slip which the cashier said is wrong , to my suprise the slip is not wrong that is the last slip I got when I took out the lay-bye. I’m so furious seriously obviously she did not feel like serving me hence she even could not see that is the correct slip. I’m so angry and disappointed at Kenilworth cashier with her supervisor . I used to love exact store but I will never ever buy from them. Imagine now I must go back do you know how far it is. I feel those ladies took advantage of me because am black . I’ve never been this angry in my entire life.
