<p>My mom took a top up contract with exact store. When she finally paid what she owed and closed the contract they closed her number of which she had that number for years. She went to find out why they closed her number they told her that MTN closed it. She went to MTN of which she was sent back to exact. She has been going from pillar to post n found that exact is the one who closed the number they promised to have it open and it's been 2months now. Be careful when dealing with exact</p>
